Where'd the years go??

I went to see Mama Mia tonight - and highly recommend it! It was upbeat and funny, and the cast was marvelous. But you can't go wrong with talented Meryl Streep and handsome Pierce Brosnan, right? It was a great movie - really made me crave running away to a little island somewhere. But it also made me wonder where the years have gone!

Meryl Streep and her friends ran around singing and dancing and making a spectacle of themselves - Hello! That's sooo me and my girlfriends! For years we did this. But somehow, the last few years have stolen that carefree, childish behavior right out from under my nose. I didn't even realize it until I saw the movie! I'd love to catch the thief that stole that freedom from me, but Father Time is hard to find. Sneaky little fellow...

I am not giving up, though - I'm destined to be that carefree woman no matter what! Simple life, laughter, and dancing, here I come! Watch out world....I'm back!
