Running

This blog is dedicated to all you runners out there, my hat goes off to you! I ran for the first time yesterday, I only did a mile and I had to stop 3 times, yes, you read that right 3. Now I've been working out at the gym for 4 months now and believe me I work hard when I'm there but that one mile kicked my ass more then the gym ever has! I'm so sore I can't even walk down the stairs without looking like a total goof!! I'm going to keep running, I figure if I'm this sore it must be doing something good, right?? So when all you runners are out there are enjoying your run think of me limping along, just trying to make it through without falling out completely! I'll keep you all posted.
