New Hamster?

I have a very smart six year old (brag, brag). He loves to do trivia games, and usually gets many answers right. My husband believes that the more trivia he can get into our kids' little minds, the better off they'll be in life I'm still waiting for some revelation in that regard...Anyway, the kids crave their trivia each night and really revel in how proud their dad is. Last night my dh was going through the questions and volleying the kids. They did really well - how does a first grader know that the river in PA is the Ohio River or that Richard Nixon said, "I am not a criminal" - it's very bizaare to me - I have no idea where he learns this stuff b/c they haven't gone over it in school yet.

So I was in the hallway listening to the answers (trying to learn and not be seen) when dh asked, "What are the four states that start with New?" Jake says, "New Mexico, New York, New Jersey, and...and...Wait - I know! New Hamster!" LOL! So nice to hear an age appropriate answer!
