Loss of Beauty

Well after 34 years, I had my "signature" Cindy Crawford Beauty Mark removed.  I can't believe it is gone.  Everyone knows me with this.  My husband called me three times from work saying "I can't believe it is really gone".  I spoke to a few of my childhood friends and they were in shock as well.  It is crazy that a little beauty mark on my face would cause such a reaction.  My kids said " You sound and act like my mom, but you look different".  I have to admit that I can't believe it is gone either, but it needed to be done.  I was looking at pictures last night of me with the kids when they were younger and thought "wow, all our new pictures of me will look so different now".  So today I mourn the loss of my beauty mark.  Here's to many years ahead without it:)
