Fat days
I've been pretty bummed about my non existant weight loss lately, I've tried to be good with the eating and I work out 5 days a week and then I stand on the scale and NOTHING! How can that be??? It's so frustrating when the scale doesn't move. I know I'm getting smaller but not at the rate I think I should and I know there are more important things in the world to worry about but it still gets to me. A friend told me I probably wasn't eating enough so I'm going to take her advice starting tomorrow but tonight I'm going to be really bad. I'm going to treat myself to m & m's with peanuts, my favorite, and start back in the morning with the whole eating right thing. Wish me luck ladies, I really wanted to look like a hottie this summer but since summer is right around the corner I'll be happy with just fitting in to a nice pair of shorts!
