Day 3

This is the last day of taking only one pill a day, tommorrow I move up to two. This morning I took it and 5 minutes later my heart was racing so I now know it is ALL in my head, what a dork I am!! I have to say I don't feel like smoking like I used to (of course now I do since I wrote that LOL) so I guess when I stop all together it will be easier then I thought, at least that's what I'm telling myself. You know I don't even know what the Chantix is supposed to do to help you stop, does it take away the cravings or does it just keep you calm so you don't kill anyone?? Guess I should have checked in to that LOL. Anyway I'm off to start my day, just wanted to give you ladies an update. I guess I don't have any takers yet on the quitting together thing, come on girls, don't let me be the only one here!!!
