Changes I made Today

OK. I am trying so hard to change my diet so hopefully I can lose some weight and bring down my high blood sugar. So I figured I would write on my blog what I do each day to reach that goal. This way it can keep me on track.

My first goal is to eliminate eating cookies and candy at work and to add drinking more water

Today, I didn't eat any cookies at work. I wish the drug reps. would not bring cookies. They bring lunch which is usually healthy eating chicken, salad, pasta but then they add cookies and cakes. So today I skipped the cookies - kind of hard with everyone eating around you.

I also drank all my water. 8 glasses :}
